In most cases GottaShow will ship an order within one business day of receiving an online order.

If an order will be delayed for any length of time beyond 2-3 business days, then credit card charges will be credited back to the customer, and new charges will not be made until the product is shipped.

Returns and Refunds

Returns need to be accompanied with a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). To receive this number, call GottaShow at (623) 237-4506, or contact us by email at: returns@gottashow.com.

For a full refund product needs to be in new, unused condition. A 15% repackaging fee applies to opened but otherwise new unused product. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. All returned Items are subject to inspection before credit / refund will be given.
