Custom Stainless Steel A/C Hoses |

Our custom A/C hoses are all custom made to sample. We can build almost any configuration you may need (even GM hose assemblies). If you currently have hoses - send those for us to duplicate, if not, call and order our GS-100 hose kit. It comes complete with everything you need to "mock-up" sample hoses so we may build our GOTTA Show the Hose hoses just the way you want them. The cost of the kit is credited toward the price of the custom stainless hoses when the samples and all extra pieces are shipped back to us. The usual cost of the 4 GOTTA SHOW the Hose A/C lines required for a Vintage Air or Hot Rod Air unit runs $800-900, which includes polishing, o-rings, etc. If you also require heater hoses that will add $350-400 for the 2. Pricing does not include installation, lay-out or charging of system. Once we see your samples we will call you with an estimate before starting on your hoses. We do require a 50% deposit to start. All samples are kept for 45 days to give you plenty of time to verify fit. Technical Notes All fittings are O-ring designed and the O-ring "bump" is formed on the tube end. The hose is Teflon®* inner lined and 134-A compatible. R-12 or Freon will leak through the hose at a rate of approximately 1/2 to 3/4 pound per year by our research and therefore not a recommended refrigerant for these hoses. All hoses are pressure tested to 600# before shipping. Just an Idea! It looks a lot better if the service ports and binary switches are hidden on the inside (we always do this when we install in our shop).
